夜間粉碎

I mixed a scoop into warm water about half an hour before bed and I'm out cold within twenty minutes. Waking up without that groggy hangover is what sold me, and I've been taking it four nights a week for a month now.

The melatonin in this really does its job—I'm asleep within twenty minutes of mixing it, and I actually wake up feeling rested instead of groggy. It's become the last thing I do before brushing my teeth, and the powder dissolves without any chalky residue.

I was skeptical about drinking a powder before bed, but this has become part of my nightly routine now. The melatonin actually kicks in about 20 minutes after I mix it, and I’ve been sleeping deeper and waking up feeling noticeably less bloated.
