夜間粉碎

The melatonin in this actually helps me wind down instead of just lying there wired. I mix a scoop in water after I brush my teeth and I'm out within twenty minutes. Two weeks in and my mornings feel noticeably less groggy.

I was skeptical about adding another step to my bedtime routine, but the melatonin in this powder actually helps me wind down without that groggy feeling the next morning. Mixing it into warm water has become my signal that it's time to shut everything off for the night.

I take it about an hour before bed and the melatonin definitely helps me wind down faster. Only knock is the flavor is a bit chalky if you don't use enough water.
