Melatonin in a powder actually hits faster than the capsules I used before, and I'm out cold within twenty minutes of finishing my glass. The flavor is mild enough that I don't dread drinking it, which honestly was my biggest worry.

I've been taking this about thirty minutes before bed and the melatonin actually helps me get drowsy without that groggy hangover the next morning. The berry taste is fine mixed into cold water, though I do wish the scoop were a little bigger.

The powder dissolves cleanly in water with no chalky aftertaste, and the melatonin kicks in about 20 minutes after I sip it. I’m asleep faster and actually stay down through the night, which has made my morning routine feel way less sluggish.
