夜間粉碎

I started taking this about 30 minutes before bed and I actually notice myself getting sleepy instead of just lying there wired. The melatonin dose feels right for me, not groggy the next morning like some other sleep stuff I've tried. Three weeks in and my evenings feel way more settled.

The melatonin in this actually helps me drift off faster, though I wish it kicked in a bit sooner than it does. Mixing it into warm water about an hour before bed has become part of my routine.

The powder mixes cleanly with just water, which is a relief since most sleep supplements get clumpy. I do wish the melatonin hit a little faster, but after about a week it's become a steady part of my evening wind-down.
