The mix is surprisingly smooth and mixes into my morning smoothie without any chalky residue. I've been taking it for about a week and feel a bit more steady energy throughout the afternoon. The beet root gives it a nice earthy undertone that works well with fruit.

I was pleasantly surprised how easily the turmeric beet root powder blended into my morning smoothie without any gritty texture. The Better B12 added a nice energy boost that I noticed within a few days of taking it consistently.

I mix the turmeric beet root powder into my morning smoothie and the taste blends perfectly without being gritty. The Better B12 gives me steady energy throughout the afternoon without that jittery feeling I used to get from coffee.
