夜間粉碎

I've been using this before bed for about two weeks now, and I actually wake up feeling more refreshed than usual. The black variant mixes easily with just a spoon and doesn't leave any gritty residue at the bottom of my glass.

Mixing the powder into warm water actually dissolves completely, which is a nice change from other supplements I've tried. I also appreciate that they offer a melatonin-free version for nights when I want to wind down without it.

I’ve been using this before bed for a week, and I really notice the difference in how quickly I wind down. The Black Melatonin Free option was a must for me, and it still works great.
