鎂⁺

I've tried magnesium before and it never did much, but this form actually seems to absorb. I take it about an hour before bed and I'm out cold, no grogginess in the morning either.

Adding this to my post-workout routine was easy, and the bioavailable formula seems to actually absorb without the stomach issues I've had with other magnesium. A full week in and I'm already sleeping more soundly.

Took one capsule with dinner for about three weeks now and the difference in how rested I feel in the morning is noticeable. The capsule itself is small enough that I don't dread swallowing it, which matters since I'm terrible with pills.
