Inno Fast

I was skeptical about whether a supplement could really mimic fasting, but two weeks in and my afternoon energy is steadier without that post-lunch crash. The capsule is easy to swallow and I take it on my fasting days to help push through the hunger pangs until my first meal.

The high-quality ingredients in this are a game-changer for how I structure my mornings. I take it before a 16-hour fast and also on days I eat normally, and the energy shift is noticeable either way. It’s already a permanent part of my routine.

I was skeptical about anything claiming to mimic fasting benefits, but this has genuinely become a staple in my mornings. The blend of cutting-edge ingredients makes it easy to stick with, whether I'm fasting or just having a light day.
