Inno Fast Energized

Getting the benefits of fasting without actually skipping meals is a game-changer for my mornings, and the two formulas seem to work together smoothly. I've noticed more consistent energy throughout the day since starting.

I can take it with my morning meal and still feel like I'm getting the same fasting benefits, which fits my schedule perfectly. The two formulas seem to work together smoothly and I've noticed a real difference in my energy within a week.

Didn't expect much but two weeks in and my afternoon crashes are basically gone. I still eat normally, which is the whole point for me since actual fasting isn't realistic with my schedule. The capsules are easy to swallow too.
