一水肌酸

Noticed a real difference in my recovery after just a week of taking this—definitely getting more reps out on my last sets. The powder mixes completely clear in water with no clumps, which makes it easy to take before workouts.

Mixing a scoop into my morning shake has been seamless since it dissolves almost instantly. I'm seeing noticeable gains in my bench press after about a month of consistent use.

I've been mixing this into my post-workout shake for three weeks and my bench has already crept up about ten pounds. The unflavored powder is a big plus since it doesn't mess with the taste of anything I put it in. No bloat, no fuss, just steady strength gains.
