Carb Cut Complete

Started taking these about ten days ago and the difference in how I feel after a big pasta dinner is night and day. The carb-blocking effect seems real.

Three weeks in and I’m noticing the heavy pasta dinners don’t leave me as sluggish as before—the carb absorption reduction is doing its job. My energy stays steady through the afternoon, which is exactly what I needed to keep my metabolism moving.

I’ve been taking these before my heaviest meals, and the bloating is noticeably less. My energy feels more stable throughout the day too.
