Carb Cut Complete

I take one capsule about twenty minutes before dinner, and the bloated, sluggish feeling I used to get after pasta night is basically gone. Two weeks in, my jeans fit a little looser around the waist. Not a miracle, but it's the first thing that's actually made a difference.

After a week of taking one before my heaviest meals, I’ve stopped feeling that sluggish, weighed-down sensation. Even my jeans feel a bit looser already.

I was skeptical about a pill actually blocking carbs, but after a few weeks my usual post-lunch slump is gone. Taking one capsule with my heaviest meal of the day seems to keep things moving instead of weighing me down.
