Creatine Monohydrate

I've been taking this for about three weeks now and I'm already noticing a difference in my workout recovery, especially after heavy leg days. The powder is unflavored so it doesn't mess with the taste of my protein shake.

I’ve been taking this creatine for a few weeks now, and it mixes completely in my shaker without any chalky texture. The unflavored taste makes it easy to add to my morning protein shake. Definitely noticing a small but steady boost in my squat numbers.

This creatine dissolves way better than the gritty stuff I used before, no clumps left at the bottom of my shaker. Two weeks in and my lifts are already up a few pounds on bench. Simple, cheap, and it just works.
