이노 슈레드

Two weeks in and I can already tell the difference — the Grains of Paradise really gets things moving, especially with my morning coffee. I’m not crashing by noon like I used to, and the heat from the Capsimax is noticeable but not uncomfortable. Definitely keeping this in my routine.

Capsimax really seems to do the heavy lifting here—I’ve noticed a steady warmth and energy boost within an hour of taking it, and it’s kept my appetite in check all afternoon. The Grains of Paradise combo is clearly no joke, though I do wish the capsules were a tad smaller to swallow.

The Capsimax in this really does the heavy lifting—I’m sweating more during my morning walks without changing anything else. Grains of Paradise keeps the heat going all day, and I’ve already noticed my waistband fitting looser after two weeks.
