About three weeks in and I’m noticing I have more steady energy throughout the afternoon, not that jittery spike from coffee. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste, which is a nice change from other supplements I’ve tried.

I've been taking these for about three weeks now, and my energy levels during afternoon workouts are noticeably steadier. The capsule size is smaller than most supplements I've tried, which makes them easy to swallow. Definitely a solid addition to my morning routine.

I’ve been taking this supplement for about a month, and while the capsule size is a bit large for me, my morning energy feels steadier than before. It’s helping me get through the workday without that mid-afternoon slump.
