The appetite suppression is what sold me—I'm actually making it to lunch without rummaging through the snack drawer. Been drinking it for two weeks and the energy stays steady all afternoon, no jitters or that 3pm slump I used to hit.

The appetite suppression is the real deal—I used to snack all afternoon and now I don’t even think about it until dinner. And the energy feels smooth, no jittery buzz or that 3 p.m. crash I was dreading.
