I was skeptical about the metabolism-boosting part, but after a week I’ve noticed way fewer late-night snack cravings. It’s been a huge help for both sleep quality and curbing those urges.

I was skeptical about a sleep supplement promising metabolism benefits, but taking it about 30 minutes before bed really did curb my usual late-night snacking urge. Woke up feeling rested instead of groggy, which never happens for me.

The Zylaria compound in this actually knocks me out within 20 minutes, and I've noticed I'm not raiding the fridge late at night anymore. Waking up feeling rested and lighter at the same time is a nice bonus.
