Night Shred AU

I’ve been using this as part of my nightly wind-down, and the standard format makes it easy to portion out. The effects feel subtle but steady, and I wake up less groggy than I did before starting it. Definitely a keeper for my routine.

Took it about 30 minutes before bed and woke up feeling way more refreshed than usual, not groggy at all. The powder mixes easily in water with no clumps, which is a nice change from other supplements I've tried.

I was skeptical about taking a supplement before bed, but this one helps me wind down without feeling groggy in the morning. The capsule size is surprisingly easy to swallow, and I've noticed I stay asleep longer.
