ماغنيسيوم⁺

Two weeks in and my sleep quality has noticeably improved, plus the powder mixes into my post-workout shake without any chalky aftertaste. It's become the one supplement I actually remember to take daily because it doesn't upset my stomach like others have.

I’ve been taking it with my evening meal and the fact that it’s formulated for sports recovery means I actually remember to take it daily. It’s easy to swallow and I’ve noticed my sleep feels deeper, which is a solid bonus for any wellness routine.

My muscles feel less sore the day after a hard workout, and I've noticed the capsules are easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste.
