I was skeptical about appetite suppression claims, but this brew genuinely keeps me full until lunch, and that steady energy lasts a solid six hours without any jittery feeling or afternoon slump. The burn is subtle yet noticeable during my morning workouts.

Three weeks in and I’ve dropped a few stubborn pounds around my midsection, which nothing else touched. The appetite suppression is real—I’m actually forgetting to snack between meals, and the energy stays steady all afternoon without that jittery feeling.

Was skeptical about the whole "clean energy" thing, but I’ve been drinking this every morning for two weeks and I’m still alert at 4pm instead of hitting that wall. The appetite curb is a bonus, but honestly the steady burn without jitters is what keeps me coming back.
