Java Shred™

I was skeptical, but after two weeks the appetite suppression is real—I’m not snacking between meals at all. The energy feels clean and steady, no jitters or crash like other powders I’ve tried.

The energy from this lasts well past lunch, and I’ve actually noticed my appetite staying in check without me thinking about it. It’s the first brew that hasn’t left me jittery by mid-afternoon, which is a huge win for my usual slump.

This morning I skipped my usual second coffee and just drank this before my workout instead. The energy felt clean and lasted a solid four hours without any jitters or crash. Already noticing my appetite is way more manageable around lunchtime.
