I was skeptical at first, but after a week of taking it with breakfast, I actually feel more dialed in during my afternoon work sessions. The focus boost is steady without any jitters, which is a nice change.

The capsule is easy to swallow and doesn't leave that weird aftertaste some supplements do. I've noticed I’m way less distracted at my desk since starting it, and the focus boost kicks in about twenty minutes after taking it.

I’ve been taking this before my morning workouts and feel a steady, clean energy that helps me stay dialed in. The thermogenic effect is noticeable without making me jittery.
