Colostra™

My gym bag basically lives in my car these days, and this is the first supplement I've actually stuck with for recovery. The formula feels clean and I notice my muscles aren't as wrecked the morning after leg day.

Recovery’s been noticeably smoother since I started cycling this before training, and the mix dissolves clean enough that I don’t dread the taste. It’s become the one supplement I actually remember to take daily.

I’ve been taking it post-workout for about two weeks now, and my recovery between gym sessions feels noticeably smoother. The formula is easy to mix into my morning shake.
