CLA 1000

The capsules are easy to swallow and the 1000 mg dose per serving feels like a solid daily anchor for my routine. I’ve been taking one each morning for two weeks now and the 30-count bottle is just the right size to test it out.

The 30-capsule bottle is perfect for testing out the formula before committing to a bigger supply. I take one capsule after breakfast and it's been an easy, no-fuss addition to my daily routine.

Three weeks in and the 1000 mg per capsule is easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste or stomach upset like I've had with other supplements. The 30-count bottle is small enough to toss in my gym bag, which keeps me consistent even on busy days.
