كارب كت كومبليت

After a heavy pasta dinner, I was honestly shocked not to feel that bloated, weighed-down sensation the next morning. It feels like my metabolism actually kept working through the night instead of stalling out.

Three weeks in and I finally feel like I'm not fighting my appetite after a pasta dinner. The carb absorption thing actually works—I don't get that heavy, sluggish crash anymore, and the scale's moving in the right direction without me starving myself.

My jeans fitting looser around the waist after just two weeks gives me actual motivation to keep going, and the fact that it's working on carb absorption makes the heavy pasta nights I still enjoy feel less like a setback. It's doing what the bottle says it should.
