The 25g of whey isolate mixes up completely smooth in just water, no clumps or chalky residue at all. I've been drinking it right after my evening sessions and the 5g of BCAAs definitely makes a difference in how my muscles feel the next morning.

Digestion was my biggest worry with protein powders, but this one’s 25g of isolate goes down smooth and sits fine. The 5g of BCAAs per serving is a solid bonus for recovery after my evening lifts.

The 25g of whey isolate per scoop mixes so fast I don't even need a blender bottle, just a quick shake and it's smooth. Recovery's been noticeably better after leg days, and the 5g of BCAA is a nice bonus I didn't have to buy separately.
